Jesus Christ Has Only One Bank Account!

Jesus Christ came and took away our poverty in that we might become rich.

2 Corinthians 8:9

For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich.

We are rich because we know Jesus Christ. But we are also rich because our Lord is Lord of ALL.

Psalm 24
 1 The earth is the LORD’s, and all its fullness,
The world and those who dwell therein.
2 For He has founded it upon the seas,
And established it upon the waters.

Jesus wants us to be rewarded, to be provided for, and to be in abundance. God allows us to be keepers of His money in order to do His work. His bank account is entrusted to the Body of Christ. On top of this, He saved us! He's done so much for us, the least we can do is glorify Him and worship Him in our finances as well. If Jesus invests in us, then surely we should invest in Him.

Psalm 24
 5 He shall receive blessing from the LORD,
And righteousness from the God of his salvation.
6 This is Jacob, the generation of those who seek Him, Who seek Your face. Selah 

Here are my thoughts that results out of the Word, the Kingdom of Christ needs money to do Kingdom work. At the end of the day, we can't help spread the Gospel, feed the poor, clothe those who are in need, shelter those who need a home without being prosperous in all areas in our lives. Even the disciples were successful in their businesses and therefore successful in their finances. And they would network with people to go to different countries to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

So we need to Unite as one to help everyone with all of our projects in all parts of the Body of Christ. Regardless if you're physically a part of that organization or project, you are still a part of the Body of Christ. The Body should be helping each other out in all ways to make sure we're functioning, including finances! Imagine if ALL christians came together in finances, we would be able to do so much more!

Beloved,

This is what I'm talking about! Seems like God is giving the same message in different places. We are ONE Body of Christ! We're suppose to function in ONE Accord! The reason why there are so many different nationalities, cultures, and languages is because God is a God of variety. God did not want different types of Christians. He wanted ONE body to have a relationship with Christ, NOT religion and denominations. He established His church with ALL Nations on the day of Pentecost (Acts 2:5). He has the 24 elders praising Him for Saving EVERY Nation in the Throne Room in Heaven -- Praising His Glorious Name (Revelation 5:6-9). I pray that you realize what an Awesome God you serve! I serve a God of variety and I can't wait for the multicultural worship and praise party in Heaven!

Unity in the Body of Christ

Let's Unite the Body of Christ! In one accord let's stop doubting our fellow Brothers and Sisters in Christ. Trust the LORD and His Word! The Discernment of the Holy Spirit will reveal who is or isn't a true Christian by the fruit of their spirit (Matthew 7:20). BUT until that revelation is done, let's make sure the Body of Christ is still functioning and that we don't cast judgement against each other and the royalty that abides in us!

Is it so difficult to give our fellow Brothers and Sisters in Christ the benefit of the doubt? Jesus does it for us everyday! Fighting and interceding for us in the Heavenly Courts! (John 17:20-26) Despite our sins, God gave us the benefit of the doubt -- hoping that we would accept His Son, Jesus Christ, as our Lord and Savior -- and give the verdict of Innocent when He knew we were Guilty. He could have placed His wrath upon us, but He was patient with us, waiting for us, and praying for us.

Beloved, it's time we do the same. Instead of saying, "He's not a real Christian because he's cheating on his girlfriend" or "She's not a real Christian because she's always getting into fights", why don't we pray? Pray for the Body of Christ, that is so injured and divided that only God can repair it. (1 Timothy 2) Be patient with your fellow Brothers and Sisters in Christ, because not too long ago were you not in their same position? A baby in Christ trying to do right by God?

I encourage you to ask our Heavenly Father for forgiveness. Repent from judgemental thoughts and actions. (Luke 6:37) Ask for a clean heart, a loving spirit, and a sound mind. Know that God is taking care of your Brothers and Sisters in Christ just like he has or is taking care of you.

Not one is perfect before the Lord . . . Only through Jesus Christ, the perfect lamb. (Romans 3:23-24)
